Since 1987, Super Conductor Materials, Inc. has taken pride in the manufacturing of High Purity Materials, Sputtering Targets, Evaporation Materials, and E-Beam Gun spare parts, Crucible Liners, Ion Implanter Sources/spare parts, backing plates and bonding.

In 1998, SCM moved into a new 14,000 square foot temperature controlled facility that significantly increased production capacity. This provided much needed space for existing operations.

SCM specializes in hi-tech manufacturing of thin film materials and components that are used in the manufacturing of semiconductors, electronic and optical instruments. Hot press, Vacuum Hot Press, Vacuum Melting, and a complete CNC machine shop are just a few on-site services SCM offers.

Tungsten/Titanium (W/Ti)
Our W/Ti targets achieve a density of 95-98% with very low Oxygen levels. Typical compositions are W/Ti10% and W/Ti20%

Indium Tin Oxide (ITO)
ITO targets achieve a density of = 90 to 98%. Particle sizes range from approximately 30 to 100nm. Typical compositions are In2O3/SnO2 90/10%, In2O3/SnO2 80/20% (wt.%) and In2O3/SnO2 95/5% (mol.%)
